    Can't post without giving at least one star, but I'd have given none at all if possible because when I phoned they couldn't be bothered to take an interest in the problem I consulted them about. Fobbed me off with "Yes, of course - when I'm in the area I'll give you a call." The lack of interest was palpable. I shall be discouraging everyone I know from approaching them.
